Each Author or Collective can submit a maximum of TWO works. Any work that makes use of new technologies, in the most diverse digital forms: interactive multimedia, web art, digital installation, interactive media art, virtual reality, augmented reality and digital games, will be accepted in the competition. (Do you want to define the type of file for non-practical exhibition purposes?

TECHNICAL DEMONSTRATION

Each Author or Collective can submit a maximum of TWO works. Any creative work that makes use of new technologies, presented in the most diverse forms (Examples: videos, advertising, fiction shorts, music videos, reportage, documentary, interactive video, 360 video and immersive video).

Each Author or Collective may submit only ONE original and unpublished work in the short story literary genre. The work must be submitted with the following characteristics: Arial font / Size 12 / 1.5 spacing / Minimum of 1 page and maximum of 4 pages, not including the title page / A4 format / Paginated.

Each Author or collective can compete with a maximum of TWO works, each of which can have a maximum of 4 photographs. After submitting the application form, the work(s) must be delivered in person or via courier / CTT to the following address: Museu de Aveiro / Santa Joana Avenida de Santa Joana 3810-151 Aveiro, Portugal. Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Closed from December 24th to 26th and on January 1st). Each photograph can be printed in black and white or color, with a maximum size of 1m2, with the longest side not exceeding 1.25m, otherwise the work will not be considered. Each photo must be delivered on a rigid medium (e.g. K-line, frame, vinyl or other) and in good quality. Indicate the method of delivery of the work(s) by the deadline for applications:

      -- By Carrier

Each Author or collective must compete with TWO illustrations that make up ONE Work, and the two illustrations must have the same theme and/or story. Any creative work using various illustration techniques (digital printing, collage, drawing, etc.) is eligible for the competition. The lack of quality of the digital images of the Illustrations submitted for the 1st phase is an exclusion factor. Applicants must submit their works in image format (digital files), so no physical works will be submitted when applying. The works selected for the second phase must be delivered in hard copy for exhibition purposes to the Aveiro Museum / Santa Joana, on a date to be specified by the organization.

Each Author or Collective may submit a maximum of TWO original and unpublished works The work must be submitted in audio and written format (lyrics and chords) and with sheet music, for classical music works. In the case of polyphonic and/or orchestral choral works, the medium may be midi, but preferably a recording with real instruments.

Each Author or Collective must compete with TWO works. Any creative work using various painting techniques and media, with a maximum size of 2m X 1.50m, will be accepted into the competition, failing which the work will not be considered. The works in the competition must be submitted in image format (digital files), so no physical works should be submitted when applying. If the candidates have been selected, they must deliver the works in a rigid format and for exhibition purposes, to the Aveiro/Santa Joana Museum, on a date to be specified by the organization. The lack of quality of the digital images of the paintings submitted for the 1st phase is an exclusion factor.
